Facebook Timeline Cover

This Tutorial was written by me on January 11, 2012 and is a result from my own ideas and learning knowledge of Paint Shop Pro over the past decade. Any resemblance to any other tutorial or creation is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version 7.04 was used but should work with other versions as well. This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

Supplies Needed
Paint Shop Pro
FTU (Free To Use) Kit called Stupid Cupid  by Randy's Sin.
Tube or Pictures of Choice... I used a friends personal pictures.
Font I am using is called

Lets Start
I opened up a new image (Transparent 960x358 pixels)
*remember before you start any file you open duplicate and close out the original so you don't alter it)
Browse to find your scrap kit (I hit Ctrl-B)
Pick out a paper of your choice from your kit (I used rs_paper5)
Go over to your Color Palette and change your background colors to textures
Find your paper/ background and make sure your scale is at 100%
Go to the Tool Palette and click on the paint can for "Flood Fill" on your transparent image by simply right clicking on it.
Next open up rs_frame2 or frame of choice (it looks like a pink Polaroid picture)
go back over to your tool palette to use your "Magic Wand" to click on the middle of the frame to make what I call the dancing ants walk around in the transparent part of the frame.
You can copy and paste into selection and decide if that is how you want it to look or you could manipulate it   by pasting it as a new layer and re-sizing it to get a better fit
Click on Selections than Select none.
Go to layers merge all visible
Copy and paste that frame (with picture) on to your background
resize to fit and add drop shadow
repeat those steps as necessary to add more frames to your Cover.
add embellishments to suit your needs.
